On receipt of the completed application form, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

If you are short-listed, we will invite you to our Mumbai office for a personal interview. This is the final stage of assessment.

On selection, you will be matched to a social development project of a rural NGO.

Once you confirm your acceptance of the placement and your date of departure is fixed, we will organise a pre-departure orientation programme in our Mumbai office.

Thereafter you are all set to go.

At regular intervals, we will monitor the placement. We will also visit you midway for a midterm review. On your return, you will be expected to visit our office to complete our administrative formalities. We will also use this time to do a final evaluation of your placement.
