Every month, starting now, we will showcase <STAR VOLUNTEERS< across India, those who have shown exceptional commitment and noted contribution to a social cause. While we appreciate the effort of every volunteer we place, there are a few who demand a special mention because of their long term commitment over the years. We have watched them graduate from weekend volunteers to part-time coordinators for the non-profit organisations they volunteer with.
This month, we honour Vijayanand Nagaraj and Anand Varadaraja from Bangalore.

<Vijayanand Nagaraj< is a truly dynamic volunteer who joined us way back in 2005 and is an asset to many a Bangalore NGO as he works away on a range of social issues like AIDS awareness, women, special children, underprivileged children and others. In his words, “Today volunteering is way of life”. Click here to read about his journey |

<Anand Varadaraja< joined iVolunteer in 2006 starting out with a teaching assignment at the NGO, Vidyanikethan. Today he independently handles all volunteers at the NGO, its other projects and has inspired many more volunteers to sign on. Click here for his inspiring story |
