Volunteer Status
In performing services in connection with iVolunteer, Volunteer shall operate as and have the status of a volunteer and shall not act as or be an agent or employee of iVolunteer. All of Volunteer's activities will be at his or her own expense. iVolunteer will supply all tools and aids that Volunteer needs to use.

Confidential Information
In reference to Non-profit organizations which iVolunteer serves, Volunteer agrees not to disclose, divulge, copy or reproduce any of the Non-profit organization's proprietary or confidential materials unless it is authorized in writing by the Non-profit organization. Volunteer agrees to execute any additional non-disclosure agreement that may be required by a Non-profit organization.

Indemnification for damages
Volunteer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless from liability or expense iVolunteer may incur by reason of injury or damage caused by Volunteer while performing work or services in connection with iVolunteer.
