Welcome to iVolunteer

iVolunteer offers a variety of services to help you recruit and manage volunteers. Whether you are recruiting your first volunteer, or have been managing volunteers for years, iVolunteer can help. We welcome all organizations including charitable, civic, social, educational, governmental, participate in our growing community.

How our service works
	You fill in a form, telling us about your organisation and the voluntary job that you wish to fill.
	Our Centre Manager will visit your organization and do a volunteer need assessment exercise with your organisation
	We enter what you need into our database and produce a shortlist of possible volunteers. In case we don't have volunteers in our database that meet your skills we actively go out and search for the right volunteer for you
	iVolunteer " Centre Manager" goes through the list of volunteers and sends details of the opportunity you have registered to the most suitable volunteers.
	When a volunteer expresses an interest in what you need, we speak to them and once we are satisfied with him/her then we ask them to contact you.
	If the volunteer job is not filled, iVolunteer will continue to search until we find you a suitable candidate.
